Accessibility Statement
Mountain Convenient Care is committed to an accessible website. Learn about our WCAG 2.1 AA goals and how to report accessibility barriers.
Mountain Convenient Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to our website.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, where feasible for a small practice marketing site. This includes efforts related to:
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus states
- Meaningful link text and heading structure
- Alternative text for informative images when provided
- Sufficient color contrast in brand styling
- Clear form labels and error messaging
- Skip-to-content and landmark navigation where supported by the site theme
Limitations
Some third-party embeds (such as maps, patient portal pages, or future scheduling widgets) are outside our direct control. We work to choose and configure tools thoughtfully and welcome feedback if an embedded experience creates a barrier.
Content such as PDFs (for example, new patient paperwork and the Notice of Privacy Practices included in that packet) will be provided in accessible formats when possible; if a document is difficult to use, contact us and we will help provide the information another way.
